Founded in 1996 by John Cuff, Cuff's Property Management is an independent Property Management company specialising in the management and leasing of industrial & commercial property in the Northern Suburbs of the Cape Peninsula.
Cuff's Property Management is focused on procuring suitable property that our clients wish to lease or purchase as an investment, to be managed by our team. Such procurement is obtainable from either our existing vacant property portfolio or by acquiring property according to client-specific requirements. Our aim is on pro-active management, effective administration, and collection systems, building long-term relationships with our clients (landlords as well as tenants), and maximising the value of our client's property.

- Screening of tenants
- Lease Agreements
- Registering tenants with TPN Credit Bureau for monthly credit monitoring & blacklisting
- Issuing of monthly invoices & statements
- Collection of rent and other fees
- Supply and supervision of cleaning and maintenance
- Trust account management of deposits and rental
- Management of payment(s) to creditor accounts
- Arranging property insurance
- Periodic inspections of the property
- Periodic feedback/reports to the client
- Liaising with legal services where necessary
